
Ndavhe Mareda is an Entrepreneur and the founding member of Makole Property Development, MDP Consulting and Makole Resources. His role is to grow the Makole Group through business development and acquisition of growth targets and provide overall strategic leadership. He is involved in the overseeing of all construction and mining aspects of the business.
Ndavhe trained and worked as an accountant for several organisations before starting his own business.
In addition to Construction, he has started the mining business which he led from prospecting to green fields and ultimately to an established mining operation with long term supply contracts and is actively working on growing this latest venture.
Malande joined the Makole as the Group CEO in January 2018. She is responsible for strategy development and implementation; and overseeing the performance of the infrastructure, property development, mining. She is also responsible for the development and growth of the other businesses in the group.
Her academic qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant (SA); Transition to General Management Executive Program at INSEAD Fontainebleau; and has completed Banking, Mining Tax, and Project Management post graduate diplomas.


Mulalo Tshiololi is the Chief Executive Officer of MDP Consulting, a construction-focused subsidiary of the Makole Group. She focuses on the management of housing development projects in lower income areas such as the Tswaing mixed use development project in Tshwane. Mulalo is a professional engineer, is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa, and is a member of ECSA’s professional registration committee. She has gained broad-based experience in management and technical elements having worked on a range of engineering projects which has given her experience in planning, design, procurement, implementation and project management for the installation of civil engineering infrastructure projects including sewers, water supply, roads and storm water management systems
She has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Johannesburg and is registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
Rudzani Budeli is the Chief Executive Officer of Makole Property Developments. He has been with Makole Group for over ten years, having started his career with the company in 2008, with responsibility for managing staff across the ranks, supervising and monitoring progress on projects. Rudzani has risen through the ranks to become CEO, and currently focuses on sourcing new business, creating new relationships and maintaining existing relationships by ensuring that projects are executed with best practice industry standard.
Rudzani has a National Diploma in Operations and Production Management from the University of Johannesburg.
